As a premium member of our community we will survey, install and configure security for your computer that will prevent any changes to your computer's configuration. We will do this remotely using our secure remote access technology. Access to your system is always with your permission only. Once your system is configured you will be protected against any unauthorized changes to the configuration of your computer

You can install any program you wish by allowing the installation to occur. If you would prefer we will assist you with the installation and inform you of any know issues with the program that is about to be installed. Your computer will always run as well as it did on the day we configured it. You will not get viruses, spy ware, mal ware, key loggers, trojan horses, or any other type of malicious program. Additionally it will protect your system from any program that would like to install without your express permission. This keeps your computer starting up quickly and always responding with the lightning speed it has when new. You can still store files, documents, music, videos, pictures and any other work product that you want in specified storage areas of your computer.

Unlike most computer support centers we are in the United States and can assist you directly on your computer via our remote access system. You can contact us for assistance anytime during normal support hours (9:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time).

If you wish we will periodically Email you security and fraud alerts as they come to our attention. Advance notice of what the bad guys have cooked up is often the best defense. If you hear of any please email us so we can share the information with the community.
